The world spins madly on with collapsing ecosystems and divisive narratives. Our society calls for a change.Take a breath. It’s a lot. Feel the swell in your heart calling, "If not you, then who?"
But where to start? How do you reinvent that same path that brought you to where you are now?Imagine creating change without the chase. Instead to led it emerge from a heart-centered approach. And through it, you’ll evoke that same grace and truth in others. Wouldn’t you want to be a part of that?That is leading The Heart Way.This is for women at the top of their game who no longer want to play along, and instead desire to invent a different kind of leadership. Something far more inspiring than what’s currently out there.We’ve designed a unique programme that only asks for 2 hours of commitment per week. 2 hours for you to shape a new type of leadership. By the end of those four months, you’ll not only have changed your outlook on leadership and life perspectives, but your influence will ripple far beyond to inspire women around the globe.

Four spacious months for you
You’ll have the breathing space to learn, change and integrate proven methods that enrich and expand your ability to lead creatively, compassionately, and with foresight. All it takes is 2 hours of committed presence per week.
1:4 Mentor Ratio
We believe that smaller groups bring about bigger shifts. The programme is kept to a group of 8 women only, to ensure you get personal attention and receive the most from the programme.
Inspiring group of women
The enrollment process is strict because we will surround you with other female leaders who inspire you to tap into your highest self. You’ll also be paired up in a partner-system to have someone along your journey who can hold you accountable and support your development.
8-day Social Impact Retreat
You’ll not only apply change to your own environment. We included an 8-day social impact retreat in Bali, Indonesia to collaborate on an actual case with grass roots organizations focused on female change makers. Your accommodation, meals, mentor sessions, workshops, excursions, and site visits are all included.
The Heart Way is not for everyone. It’s a leadership programme for women at the top of their game who realize there has to be a better way to play.
